Additional Information: The Omega Speedmaster Mark II ref. 145.014 is a 1970 Speedmaster model with a barrel-shaped, tonneau-style case that replaced the classic Moonwatch design. It features a manual-wind Caliber 861 movement, a matte black dial luminous hands and indices, and a tachymeter scale printed on the underside of the flat mineral crystal.
