Good, overall condition for its age. Running, but we dont know the last time it was serviced. This means, it can run unreliably, start or stop and timekeeping is not guaranteed. There are scratches on the case. There are scratches on the crystal. There is light discoloration on the dial. Hamilton with US Great Seal on the dial and engraving on the back. Likely relates to the 1964 NCAA championships and was awarded to Bil Straub, the winner of the mens 5000m from West Point. Running well at -20 with a strong amplitude at 260.
