- About Accutron: Introduced in 1960 by Bulova, the Accutron movement was the world's first tuning fork electronic movement. Good, overall condition for its age. Running and Keeping Time. There are scratches on the case. There are scratches on the crystal. The winding stem is broken. The band is not original. Cosmetically clean Purdue University dial Accutron showing light scratches and wear. Winding stem is likely damaged as time setting is gritty and teeth don't seem to be connecting.
