Watch Technician
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct repair intakes, evaluate condition, and determine service level.
- Order parts, monitor ETAs, and communicate status
- Communication with customers at milestones
- Maintain continuous communication with watchmakers; track timelines, approvals, and milestones.
- Perform technical work within your expertise
- QC all watches for visual and performance standards prior to release.
