- About Benrus: Founded in 1921 in New York City - Benrus made its mark as a producer of fine watches. Importing Swiss movements and casing them in the City, Benrus found its way into specialized production very quickly, as by 1929 they produced the official watch for United Airlines. In the 1960’s - the brand really took off, and produced watches for troops in Vietnam, as well as many iconic dive and sport models such as the Ultra Deep and Type II. The brand is still around today, producing watches in the same vein as their most iconic models.

Fair, overall condition for its age. Not running, has been tested and is not running. There are scratches on the case. There are scratches on the crystal. There is light spotting on the dial. The band is not original. Uncommon Benrus Model 60 with a LIP electronic movement. In decent condition showing signs of normal wear.
