This is similar to the other Accutron R.R. 218-0 in the drop. Although this has a trait that I was not able to find a comp on was the two-prong two-tone railroad style hour hand. This hand really stands out with the contrasting orange and black hour hand. It could almost be considered dual time based on both points lining up the hour. Although this would definitely not be considered a traditional dual time like is seen in watches of this era. Similar to the other model it has a 0 where the 12 should be. This also has the same more uncommon 218 1-F Swiss caliber. The case is 14k gold filled a variation from the steel case but in a similar style. It has scratches on the case from normal wear.
