Fair, overall condition for its age. Running, but we dont know the last time it was serviced. This means, it can run unreliably, start or stop and timekeeping is not guaranteed. There are scratches on the case. The crystal is cracked. It is hard to wind by the crown. The hands have some fading. The band is not original. Bulova with frosted like dial. Some microscratches are under crystal and hands are lightly discolored. Case is in okay shape. Watch is not keeping time and could use a service.
