There is discoloration and scratches on the case. The dial has been refinished. The band is not original. Nice looking 18kt Gold Baume et Mercier chronograph. Dial is refinished. Some discoloration and scratches are visible on case. Gold case is quite thin, and chronograph hand does not reset to zero.
